Smoking & Parties: Please note we have a zero-tolerance policy on smoking, drugs, and parties. No unregistered or extra guests allowed on the property. Quiet time is between 10 pm to 8 am We have a minimum fine of $500 if we receive any report of excessive noise and/or any noticeable signs of a party being thrown. Please understand that you are guests in our neighborhood and our home must be treated respectfully. We have a strict no party allowed policy.

Pet policy: We love all of our furry friends, but unfortunately we cannot accommodate them at this time. Guest Access Parking: You are free to park inside the 2-car attached garage Additional street parking is available on both sides of Bower.

Self Check-In: An access code for the combo lock box will be emailed to you before you arrive for quick and easy self-check-in.

Check-Out: Check-out time is strictly at 11AM no extensions. Our cleaners will be at the place at exactly 11AM to prepare and tidy up the place for the next guest. Please check-out on time and let’s not make our cleaning lady wait to avoid additional charges. We cannot accommodate late check-out requests. If you really need to stay longer, you may book for another extra day with proper notice.
